摘要
针对具有递阶特性生产系统投入产出分析的特点,建立较为完整的递阶生产系统投入产出模型和产品成本效益分析模型,奠定以经济效益极大化为目标递阶生产系统投入产出优化研究的基础。基于这些模型系列进行企业产品销售结构优化,研究如何将非结构化因素转化成半结构化方式描述的"情境知识"并将其融入投入产出优化模型的构建及求解的全过程。并针对一个具体的应用背景介绍投入产出优化模型的构建及求解的个性化处理,从边际贡献总额最大、产品的资源利用效益最大、优化方案及产品生产过程中有关消耗环节的单耗灵敏度分析等方面进行深入的决策优化分析,对企业的经营决策起到很好的指导作用,同时在一定程度上扩展了知识管理的研究和应用领域。
Aimed at the characteristics of the hierarchical input output manufacture system analysis, a serials of input output models and products cost and efficiency analysis models are established, these models lay a foundation for the research of the hierarchical manufacture system's input output optimization. In order to optimize the production configuration, how to transfer the non-structured factors into half-structured mode described by context knowledge is researched and is blended into the building and solving process of input output optimized model. At last the personalization processing of a practical application and the process of decision-making optimizing analysis in depth in respect of the maximal marginal contribution, maximal benefit of resource utility and unit consumtion sensibility analysis are introduced, it is very helpful to the enterprise's management decision-making and consequently expands the research and application area of knowledge management on some degree.
