不规则骨骨巨细胞瘤的CT、MRI诊断 被引量：4

CT and MRI diagnosis of giant cell tumor of uneven bone

摘要 骨巨细胞瘤常发生于长骨骨端，尤以股骨下端、胫骨上端及桡骨下端多见。长骨骨端骨巨细胞瘤影像表现有一定的特点，由于不规则骨骨巨细胞瘤少见，对其影像表现认识不足，容易发生误诊。我们收集7例经手术病理证实的不规则骨骨巨细胞瘤，结合文献探讨其影像表现及鉴别诊断。
