精神分裂症患者实施临床路径管理效果评价

Evaluations of the effects of clinical-pathway-management applied on patients with schizophrenia

目的评价临床路径管理对精神分裂症患者的应用效果。方法将120例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，两组均常规应用抗精神病药物治疗，观察组实施临床路径管理，对照组实施传统的常规管理模式，观察患者住院全程。于人院时及出院时采用简明精神病量表，护士用住院患者观察量表评定患者的疾病状况，自拟健康知识问卷评定健康知识掌握情况，护理工作满意度调查问卷评定满意度。结果观察组实施临床路径管理．出院时简明精神病量表评分较对照组下降显著（P〈0．01），护士用住院患者观察量表、健康知识问卷、护理工作满意度调查问卷评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论实施临床路经管理，能有效地提高医疗护理服务质量，提高患者及家属对疾病认知能力和对护理工作的满意度，能有效缓解或改善患者的精神症状，促进患者的康复。

Objective To evaluate the effects of clinical pathway management applied on schizophrenics . Methods 120 schizophrenics were randomly divided into observation and control group （each n= 60）, both groups recieved routine antipsychotic＇s treatment, to the former clinical pathway managements were practiced and to the latter traditional routine management mode, and patients＇ hospitalization whole range observed. Conditions of illness were obsereved with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） and Nurses observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation（NOSIE）, prehension states of health knowledge assessed with the Self-made Health Knowledge Questionnaire（SHKQ） and degrees of satisfaction with the the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Questionnaire （PSNCQ） on admission and discharge. Results On discharge, scores of the BPRS were significantly lower（P〈0.01） and those of the NOSIE, the SHKQ and the PSNCQ higher（P〈0. 01） in the observation than in the control group. Conclusion Clinical pathway managements could increase medical care and nursing service quality, patients＇ and their families＇ cognitive ability to disease and satisfaction to nursing action, relieve or improve patients＇ psychiatric symptoms effectively and promote patients＇ rehabilitation
