城市人群抑郁症流行病学调查

An epidemiological survey of depression in urban population of Xuzhou

目的了解徐州市城区人口中抑郁症状发生率及抑郁症患病率状况，为政府有关部门制定相应的医疗卫生政策及防治方法和防治模式提供依据。方法采用流调用抑郁自评量表，精神现状检查表，生活事件量表，社会功能缺陷筛选量表对徐州市城区两个街道中15a～60a的4440名居民进行调查分析。结果收回有效问卷4299份，抑郁症状发生率16．89％；抑郁症时点患病率0．67％，总患病率0．86％，显著高于1993年全国调查结果；26a～55a年龄段，初、高中文化程度人群的抑郁症状发生率最高；收入低者患病率高于中等以上者（Χ^2=10．20，P〈0．01）。结论抑郁症状和抑郁症的发生率在城市人群中有明显上升趋势，需加强对抑郁症的认识和教育，提高人们的生活质量。

Objective To understand the incidence rates of depressive symptoms and the prevalence of depression in urban population of Xuzhou to provide basis for government enacting relative medicine health policy and prophylactico-therapeutic methods and mode. Methods Investigations were conducted with the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale（CES-D）, the Present State Examination（PSE）, the Life Event Scale（LES） and the Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS） in 4440 urban inhabitants aged 15-60 years from Xuzhou. Results Retrieved valid questionnaires were 4299, incidence rate of depression symptoms was 16.89%; point and total prevalence of depression was 0.67% and 0.86% respectively, which was significantly higher than those of 1993 national survey; within 26-55 age group, depression symptoms incidence of the population with the culture levels of junior and senior middle school;that of people with low income was higher than ones with moderate above （Χ^2= 10.20,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Incidences of depressive symptoms and depression of urban population rise obviously, and recognition and education of depression should be enhanced to improve people＇s quality of life.
