大学生自我和谐相关因素分析

Researches on self congruence of college students

目的探讨大学生自我和谐相关因素。方法对840名不同年级大学生采用自我和谐量表进行测评分析。结果大学生的自我和谐水平在性别、文理科方面无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；独生子女、非贫困生、学生干部、城市学生的自我和谐水平均显著高于相对人群（P〈0．01）；四年级大学生自我和谐水平显著降低；运动时间和生活支出的提高伴随自我和谐水平的提高。独生子女、学生干部和贫困生对自我与经验的不和谐有显著回归作用，年级对灵活性有显著回归作用。结论生活条件、教育条件、社会经历和运动影响大学生的自我和谐，贫困生和毕业生的自我和谐水平应引起各高校部门的关注。

Objective To research on self congruence of college students. Method 840 college students were measured with Self Consistency and Congruence scale（SCCS）. Results The self congruence level of college students had no signifficant difference on sex, arts and science. The level of self congruence in college students who were only child, cadres, non-impoverished students or city students was higher than the others. The self congruence level and flexibility of grade four decreased significantly. The level of self con- gruence enhance with increasing of sport and living cost. There were significant regression effect between selves and the disharmony of experience in only child, cadres, poor-students,and between grade and flexibility. Conclusion Living condition, educational status, social experience exercise influnce self congruence of college students. Self-congruence of poor students and graduates should be paid more attention to by the relation department of institution.
