双相情感障碍抑郁发作治疗进展 被引量：2

摘要 双相情感障碍抑郁发作（简称双相抑郁，Bipolardepression）具有独特的临床特点，美国精神障碍与统计手册第4版（DSM-IV）双相诊断标准将患者所出现的重性抑郁发作分为双相Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型，该病在发病年龄小的患者中易出现精神病性症状，自杀风险高，共患物质滥用的比例较高，临床治疗常因此而较为棘手。在治疗上双相抑郁单纯应用抗抑郁剂治疗容易导致转相，
