6%羟乙基淀粉对腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术患者的血小板及凝血功能的影响

摘要 6%羟乙基淀粉可以减少手术中红细胞和其他血液成分如凝血因子的损失,减少围手术期输异体库血,从而减少因输血带来的各种不良反应,降低医疗费用和减少血液传播性疾病。本次研究旨在观察腹腔镜下。子宫次切除术患者输入6%羟乙基淀粉前后,血小板功能及凝血功能的变化。现报道如下。
