Interactive mechanism between reconstruction of old industrial bases and construction of new socialist countryside

梳理老工业基地与新农村建设互动的相关理论,从法律法规、管理制度两个方面分析目前实现二者互动的制度环境,并提出老工业基地与新农村建设互动的动力机制、实现机制与协调机制。

The paper sorted through relevant theories of the interactive mechanism between the reconstruction of old industrial bases and the construction of new socialist countryside, and analyzed the system environment from the aspects of laws and regulations and management system, in which above mentioned interaction can function. Then it put forward the mechanisms of motivation, realization and coordination between the reconstruction of old industrial bases and the construction of new socialist countryside.
