通过分析反补贴调查对中国的影响,探讨反补贴调查使中国面临的国际贸易争端由单一的反倾销手段发展到反倾销与反补贴合并进行的趋势,指出由于反补贴调查涉及一国政府的宏观经济调控手段,从而使国际贸易摩擦中出现体制性摩擦。

By analyzing the influence of anti-subsidy investigations against China, the paper dealt with the trend that anti-subsidy investigations aimed China upgraded to the international trade disputes we faced from single means of anti-dumpings to eomhination investigations of antl-dumpings and aniti-subsidies, and put forward that institutional friction has emerged in the international trade disputes as anti-subsidy investigations touching on maero-economie means adopted by the governments.
