摘要
"明分"的组织构建思想是荀子具有代表性的管理思想之一。荀子为合理调节、满足人们的各种需求,以"长幼之差,贵贱之等,贤与不肖之别"为原则,构建了分工清晰、职责明确、管理有序的组织体系,使组织成员在其中各司其职、各得其所。中国现代组织管理实践中依然可见"明分"的思想影响。
“Ming Fen” of organization structure is one of Master Xun's important thoughts about management. To satisfy people's different needs and make every members in an organization to serve their own responsibilities harmoniously and properly, Master Xun developed a set of rules of how to deal with the differences between the old and the new, the superiors and the subordinates, the capable and the ordinary people in a society. These rules contributed to build a high organized, high responsible and well-managed organization system. In today's modem society in China, this aspect of Master Xun's thoughts still has some positive implications on different organizations.
