摘要 通过对水喷射真空冷凝泵系统工作原理进行分析,推导了水喷射真空冷凝泵各工作状态参数与设备真空度的关系式,研究了水泵的流量与压力及水喷射真空冷凝泵对真空低温连续干燥系统真空度的影响。指出水泵的额定流量与水喷射真空冷凝泵的水流量相匹配及低位安装有利于提高水喷射真空冷凝泵系统的工作效率。 Following the analysis of the operational principle of the water jet condensation vacuum pump system the relationship between its working condition and the vacuum was derived. Furthermore, the influences of the flux and head of the water pump and the water jet condensation vacuum pump on the vacuum of the continuous vacuum low temperature drying system are investigated. Finally, it was pointed out that both the match of the rated flow of water pump with the one of water jet condensation vacuum pump and the low installation are of advantage to enhancing the efficiency of water jet condensation vacuum pump system.
