摘要
内镜作为微侵袭神经外科的一个重要工具,其在神经外科的应用越来越广泛。按神经内镜参与的领域我们可以分为脑室脑池外科、颅底内镜外科和脊柱内镜外科,实践证明神经内镜技术可以在神经肿瘤外科领域发挥越来越大的作用。
As an important tool in minimally invasive neurosurgery, endoscope is widely used in the neurosurgery. According to the field of the participation with endoscope, it can be divided into endoscopic cistemography ventricle surgery, endoscopic skull base surgery and endoscopic spinal surgery. Practice has proved that endoscopic technology plays an increasing role in the brain tumor surgery.
