摘要
颅内炎性假瘤发病率极低,临床表现及影像学上无明显特征性,组织病理学是诊断炎性假瘤的金标准,其对各种治疗手段效果差,应该进一步上明确炎性假瘤的发病原因,进一步优化治疗方案。本文报道2008年我科收治的1例中枢神经系统炎性假瘤,并结合相关文献对CNS炎性假瘤的临床表现、病因学、影像学、病理学及治疗方法进行总结分析。
Central Nervous System （CNS） inflammatory pseudotumour is rear. There is no spatiality on clinic manifestation as well as imaging characteristic. Histopathological diagnosis of the inflammatory pseudotumor is a gold standard. The result is very poor by all of the treatment. We should find out the etiology of CNS inflammatory pseudotumor so that to improve the treatment.. The result of treatment for CNS inflammatory pseudotumor is still poor. It is hard to be cured completely and is easily to relapse Clinical data of one patient with CNS inflammatory pseudotumour treated at Zhujiang hospital in 2008 was reviewed. With literature review, clinical manifestation, etiology, imaging, pathology and treatment method of CNS inflammatory pseudotumour were summarized in this article.
