透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗骨关节病的效果观察及护理

Observation the effect and uursing of sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection treatment osteoarthritis

目的:观察透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗骨关节病的效果及护理措施。方法:对62例膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗,每次2ml,每周1次,持续4次为1疗程,做好心理护理,落实告知制度,严格执行无菌技术操作原则,进行适当的功能锻炼。结果:62例均获随访,时间3～11个月,平均5.6个月。采用Lysholm评分标准评定疗效,总有效率达74.1%。结论:透明质酸钠膝关节腔内注射并落实相应的护理措施,能有效缓解膝关节骨性关节病的临床症状。

Objective ：To evaluate the effect and nursing of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee esteoarthritis. Methods ：62 cases of osteoarthritis of the knee treated with sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection, each time 2ml, week 1 time, 4 times for one continuous course of treatment, psychological care, the implementation of inform system, strict implementation of the principles of aseptic technique, proper functional exercise. Results：62 patients were followed up in 3 - 11 months, an average of 5.6 months. Lysholm score evaluation efficacy criteria, the total effective rate 74.1%. Conclusion： Sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection and implement appropriate care measures could effectively alleviate knee osteoarthritis symptoms.
