摘要 用微波加热来处理材料,像微波固相反应及陶瓷的微波烧结等,由于处理时间大大缩短而受到关注.目前争论的问题是同常规加热方式相比,微波加热是否存在着介电加热以外的其它特殊作用.本文提出一个微波加热引起的扩散增强机理,来解释微波加热处理时间缩短的实验结果. Microwave processing of materials such as microwave solid state reactions and microwave sintering of ceramics has generated interest recently because of the drastic reduction in the processing time. The current debate on the alternative use of microwave radiation to conventional thermal heating is on the involvement of a “microwave specific effect” other than the well accepted dielectric heating. A mechanism by which microwave heating can cause an enhancement in lattice diffusion was proposed in this paper.
