摘要
虚、实是中医学理论中一对重要的概念,其发生发展总离不开哲学背景。在中医学理论形成中,受老庄哲学、魏晋玄学以及佛教哲学的影响较大,而这些中国哲学其思想体系都以"有无"的观念为重要出发点,思辨是其重要特点。因此在中医学中,"虚、实"除"实"可有实体所指外(如果实),一般所说的虚、实无实体依托,虚、实是一种认知模式,是一种理论工具,是思辨的结果。在中医学中,虚、实是人体生命现象或疾病现象有余、不足属性的概括。
Xu and Shi originate from philosophy is a pair of important concepts in the theories of TCM. Taois, Buddhism, Confucianism and Metaphysics of Wei, Jin Dynasties influenced the formation of Chinese medical theories. These Chinese philosophies have an important feature of speculation based on presence and absence theory, it can be said that in Chinese medicine, Xu and Shi are cognitive models, theoretical tools, and the results of speculation. There is no entity support, except Shi may mean the fruit. In Chinese medicine, Xu and Shi are the general attributes of superabundant or deficient human life phenomena or disease phenomenon.
