摘要
目的:研究麻黄细辛附子汤抗缓慢心律失常的作用。方法:分别采用M受体激动剂乙酰胆碱和β受体阻断剂普萘洛尔致大鼠心率减慢模型,硫代巴比妥酸法(TBA)测定本方对大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定本方对大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果:麻黄细辛附子汤在3.5-14g/kg范围内对乙酰胆碱和普萘洛尔所致的心动过缓有很明显的抑制作用,有显著性差异(P<0.01),并可以提高两种动物模型大鼠血清中SOD的活性和降低血清中MDA的含量。结论:麻黄细辛附子汤有一定的抗心动过缓作用,作用机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。
Objective:To study the effect of MahuangFuziXixin(MFX) decoction on bradyarrhythmia. Methods: Two rat models of bradyarrhythmia induced by Inderal (Pro) and Acetylcholine(Ach) were adopted, TBA method was used to observe the effect of MFX decoction on MDA, xanthinoxidase method was used to observe the effect of MFX decoction on SOD. Results: MFX decoction can restrain bradyarrhythmia produced by Ach expressly in the scope of 3.5-14g/kg,statistics showed that there was very significant defference (P〈0.01). MFX decoction can raise activity of SOD and depress content of MDA in the blood serum of two rat models expressly. Conclusions: MFX decoction can restrain bradyarrhythmia produced by Ach and Pro expressly, raise the heart rate of rat; raise activity of SOD and depress content of MDA, weaken oxygen free radicaiand and protect cardiac muscle from injury, which may be a important pathway repressing bradyarrhythrnia.
