几组《伤寒论》经方药效精微的定量计算研究

Analysis on some classical decoctions of Shanghan Lun with mathematical methods

《伤寒论》是一部集理法方药为一体的医书,后人推崇为"方书之祖"。书中收集的许多有效的方剂,不仅因疗效卓著被后人尊为"经方",而且因为对药物用量的把握之精确而倍受后世医家的推崇——历代许多医家都高度评价其把握方剂药物用量的超凡能力。文章利用已建立的中医方剂量化分析方法,重点选择了较有代表性的几个系列经方来进行定量计算,以求揭示其药物用量的深刻涵义。

Shanghan Lun is one of the great classics of TCM. It elaborates on the diagnostic and therapeutic principles and methods of exogenous febrile diseases using the system of six Meridians, and it presents many classical decoctions. Those decoctions are also famous for the exact dosage of herbs. But they have never been analyzed in a quantity way. In this paper, some decoctions of Shanghan Lun are analyzed by a set of mathematical methods for calculating the composing methods of TCM prescriptions and the methods are still based on TCM theory. The analyzed results reveal some deep meaning of those decoctions in quantity ways.
