"脉络-血管系统病"是对发生在动、静脉中多种血管疾病的统称,其核心病位在心。临床资料显示此类疾病发生具有明显季节性,冬季多发,夏季也可出现一个小高峰,与中医古籍记载相一致。文章主要阐述"脉络-血管系统病"的概念、主要病位和季节性发病规律,并从五脏应时和气血变化两个角度对其发病机制进行了初步探讨。

＂Meridian and vascular system disease＂ is a general designation of many vascular diseases which occurred on arteries and veins. The key position is heart. Clinical data shows that occurrence of these diseases has obviously seasonal character, frequently in the winter or summer, which is accordance to the records of TCM ancient books. The article mainly explains the concept, main position of disease, seasonal attack of ＂meridian and vascular system disease＂ and initially explores the etiopathogenesis from the aspects of five-zang proper to the season and changes of qi-blood.
