摘要
合成了4-氨基-3-甲基偶氮苯-4’-磺酸及4-氨基-3-甲氧基偶氮苯-4’-磺酸,探讨了芳胺做为偶合组分与重氮盐进行重氮偶合反应的方法.研究表明:当在氨基上引入-CH2SO3Na基团时,可保护氨基避免生成重氮氨基化合物,得到氨基偶氮化合物.
Amino 3 methylphenylazo ) benzenesulfonic acid and 4 (4 Amino 3 methoxylpheny lazo) benzenesulfonic acid have been synthesized.The method for aromatic amines (o toluiodine,o-anisidine)to couple with diazonium of p aminobenzenesulfonic acid has been investigated.It is shown that by substituting one H of NH 2 with CH 2SO 3Na the diazoamino compounds can be avoided, and aminophenylazobenzenesulfonic acid can be produced.
