摘要
针对土木类教学实验室评估与建设的迫切性及现存的主要问题，探讨了应用计算机进行辅助动态管理的必要性和优势，并且着重介绍了土木类实验室建设与评估计算机系统的开发与应用．
In this paper, aiming directly at the urgency of laboratory improvement and some problems existing in civil engineering laboratiory, the necessity and superiorities of applying computer assisted dynamic management were discussed, and the development and application of computer system for the improvement and evaluation of civil engineering laboratory were mainly introduced.
