复方黑参滴丸提取工艺研究

Study on extraction process of compound heishen drop pills

目的筛选复方黑参滴丸的最佳提取工艺。方法以射干苷、玄参特征斑点峰面积之比,浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验法对提取过程的加醇(水)量、提取次数、提取时间3个因素进行优选。结果确定复方黑参滴丸的最佳提取工艺为射干、山豆根、麦冬、天冬4味药材,用16倍量60%乙醇提取2次,提取3 h,玄参用水20倍量提取3次,提取3 h。结论该提取工艺方法简单、合理,适合工业化生产。

Objective To optimize the best extracting process of compound heishen drop pills. Methods U- sing the dry extract rate as the index, the volume, times and the time of exaction were optimized by orthogonal test. Resuits The best extraction condition was belamcanda, root of straight sophora, dwarf lilyturf and arisaema tuber ware extracted twice by 16 times volume of 60% alcohol,3 h each time. Figwort was extracted by 20 times volume of water for 3 times,3 h each time. Conclusion The method is simple,reasonable and suitable for the industrialization.
