摘要 目的建立测定氧氟沙星滴耳液中氧氟沙星含量的HPLC方法。方法采用Dikma Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%三乙胺溶液(14∶86,H3PO4调节pH值至3.0)为流动相,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL/min,Waters 996 PDA检测器,检测波长294 nm。结果进样量在0.153 9~3.078 0μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=6),平均回收率99.84%,RSD=0.56%。结论该方法准确、简便、重现性好,可用于氧氟沙星滴耳液的含量测定。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for detcrmination of ofloxacin in ofloxacin otic solution. Methods The Dikma Diamonsil Cts stainless steel column (4.6mm×150mm,50μm) was used, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the acetonitrile -0.1% triethy solution( 14: 86) (pH was adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid)as mobile phase, the column temperature was 35℃, and the Waters 996 PDA detection set wavelength was at 294nm. Results There was good linearity of the calibration carve between 0.1539 - 3.0780μg, r = 0.9999 (n=6), the average recovery of ofloxacin was 99. 84% and RSD was 0. 56%. Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and with good repro-ducibility. It can be used for the determination of ofloxacin in ofloxacin otic solution.
