青霉素钠与莲必治在GNK中配伍的稳定性考察

Stability of the compatibility of benzylpenicillin sodium and lianbizhi injection in the injection of glucose and sodium,potassium chloride

目的考察青霉素钠与莲必治在葡萄糖氯化钠钾注射液中配伍的稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法,对输液中青霉素钠与莲必治的含量变化进行测定;并观察其微粒数、外观及pH值变化。结果青霉素钠与莲必治的平均回收率分别为99.44%、98.78%;RSD分别为0.34%、0.62%。室温放置4 h内输液pH值及含量均无明显变化,颜色无色并且无改变。结论4 h内青霉素钠与莲必治在GNK中可以配伍使用。

Objective To study the stability of the compatibility of benzylpenicillin sodium, Libizhi injection in GNK. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content changes of benzylpenicillin sodium, Libizhi injection and the particles, appearance and pH value were observed. Results Average recovery rates of benzylpenicillin sodium and Libizhi injection were 99.44% and 98.78% respectively;RSD were 0. 34% and 0. 62% respectively. The pH value, contents and appearance of samples after the compatibility of benzylpenicillin sodium and Libizhi injection did not have obvious changes within 4 h at room temperature. Conclusion The benzylpenicillin sodium and Libizhi injection can be used compatibly in the GNK.
