Cortisomol根管糊剂行一次性根管充填的临床效果评价

Clinical evaluation of root canal filling with cortisomol in single visit

目的观察Cortisomol根管糊剂进行一次性根管充填的临床效果,为其推广使用提供确切依据。方法将所有病例均分2组,镍钛根管预备后,治疗组以Cortisomol根管糊剂和牙胶尖侧方加压法进行一次性根管充填,对照组以丁香油氧化锌糊剂和牙胶尖侧方加压法进行一次性根管充填。结果两组术后疼痛发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Cortisomol组术后反应轻。术后1年复查,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用Cortisomol根管糊剂进行一次性根管充填,临床操作简单,术后反应低,效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of root canal filling with cortisomol in single visit and give evidence for it＇s clinical popularize. Methods All teeth were randomly and equally grouped. The prepared roots were obturated with lateral condensation and cortisomol paste,ZOE paste respectively. Results The difference in pain among the two groups were statistically significant after treatment. The group using Cortisomol paste caused minimum irritation and least pain among the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups after one year. Conclusion Cortisomol paste on root canal tilling in single visit was operated simply with less sensitivity, and it is helpful for cortisomol therapy.
