Since the theory of absolute sovereignty was introduced, it has been enriched and developed by many political thinkers. In the era of globalization, absolute sovereignty theory is facing many challenges, thereby creating a new theory of national sovereignty, including the comparative sovereignty theory, interfering sovereignty theory, limited sovereignty theory and actual sovereignty theory. We should establish the actual sovereignty theory, in order to safeguard the national interests.
