地铁隧道工程施工过程中风险管理研究 被引量:34

摘要 随着地铁隧道工程建设数量逐年增加,施工过程中出现的事故也屡见不鲜,风险管理变得越来越重要。提出了地铁隧道施工过程中风险管理的框架,包括风险辨识、分析和评估、应对以及风险防范措施等;并以南京地铁二号线为例,具体分析了地铁隧道施工过程的风险因素,从成本和工期的角度对每一标段的风险进行了量化,并结合风险接受准则,提出了相应的风险应急措施,说明了风险管理在地铁隧道工程施工中的重要性。 With the great increase of subway tunnel quantity year after year, the accident occurs frequently during construction process, so the risk management is becoming more and more important. In this paper the frame of risk management in the construction of subway tunnel is presented, which dealt with risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment, risk monitoring and risk management ways etc. Based on the construction of metro line No. 2 in Nanjing as an example,the risk factors of subway tunnel is analyzed,the risk is quantified from the view of cost and time, the risk management ways are put forward combined with quantified results and accepted rule of risk. This paper illustrated the importance of risk management in subway tunnel engineering.
