摘要 介绍了一种基于动子线圈绕线式的直线开关磁阻电机。该电机具有结构简单、稳固的特点。给出了电机的机械结构优化设计方案,有限元分析结果表明该电机具有良好的电气特性。介绍了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的位置控制方案,试验结果表明在DSP平台下电机具有良好的控制效果。 A active-mover-passive-stator structure of linear switched reluctance motor (LSRM) is proposed. The motor has the characteristics of simple structure and mechanical robustness. The mechanical design procedure and optimization is described and finite element analysis (FEA) verifies the features of the motor such as zero inductance between each phase, so that they can be controlled individually. A DSP-based position control scheme is proposed last and experiment results show the motor's good performance under DSP control platform.
