大一新生“危机”干预机制探析

大一新生进入高校以后会不同程度地出现学业紧张、经济困难、心理困惑、人际交往障碍、频繁违纪等各种各样的问题,为了帮助学生顺利过渡和健康成长,万里学院建立了全新的"问题学生"干预机制。通过拓宽危机发现渠道和分级预警和干预的措施有针对性地开展大一新生管理工作,取得很好的成效。

Upon entering the university, the freshmen will more or less encounter such problems as stress in study, difficulties in economy, confusion in mentality and hindrance in interpersonal relationship, etc.. To help them tackle the problems, Zhejiang Wanli University has established a totally new intervention mechanism. Through various means such as broadening the channels through a crisis and taking layered pre -warning and intervention measures, problems have been effectively solved.
