摘要
"学高为师,身正为范"。学识是执教之基,人格是师德之本。本文界定了教师人格魅力的概念,分析了转型期教师人格魅力锻造的5种途径,并提出教师可以通过其人格魅力来产生积极的情感体验,创设一种平等、民主的教学氛围,从而让这种情感成为教育的一种力量。
" One who is knowledgeable can be a teacher and one who is upright and honest can be a model". Knowledge is the foundation of teaching and personality is the essence of teaching ethics. This paper defines the concept of teachers'personality charm and analyzes five ways to shape teachers'personality charm in the period of transition, concluding that teachers can bring about active affect experience by means of his personality charm, create an equal and democratic teaching and learning atmosphere to turn such affect into power in education.
