摘要
文章以科学发展观为切入点,通过对我国民办高等教育发展的探讨,提出目前民办高等教育的"补充教育"状态已经不能适应"大众化"教育阶段的要求。必须在科学发展观的指导下,建立"差异化"发展战略,发挥自身的比较优势,实现从"补充教育"向"选择教育"的战略转型,进而实现民办高校的可持续发展。
The paper, with scientific concept of development as theoretical foundation, discusses the development of community - run higher education in our country and concludes that the present complementary devel- opment of such education has failed to meet the demand of popular education and we must, as guided by the scientific concept of development, adopt the ＂ difference＂ strategy, exercise the comparative advantages and realize the strategic transformation from complementary education to selective education so as to achieve the sustained development of the community - run higher education..
