扬子鳄胚胎胃PAS反应观察 被引量:2

摘要 选取23例扬子鳄胚胎,对其胃进行PAS反应观察.胃表面上皮:第30天时,上皮细胞表面出现薄层的PAS反应阳性物质;第34~60天,阳性反应逐渐增强,并出现粘液保护层.胃腺:胃底腺,第40天腺芽上皮出现PAS反应阴性细胞,第46~60天胃底腺腺管基部上皮细胞呈阴性反应;幽门腺及贲门腺,第40天时出现腺芽,腺芽细胞呈阳性反应;第46~60天幽门腺及贲门腺腺管基部出现阴性反应细胞. We used 23 Alligator sinensis embryos between the 2nd to 60th day incubation to observe PAS reactions of their stomaches. The surface epithelium: At the 30th day of incubation, the thin layer of surface in epithelial cells began to appear PAS positive.The PAS reactions more and more enhanced and appeared mucus layer from 34th to 60th day of incubation. Gastric gland: 1. fundic gland. The PAS negative cells were found among the epithelial cells of glandular buds at the 40th day of incubation. The epithelial cells of base of fundic gland were composed of the PAS negative cells from 46th to 60th day of incubation. 2. Pyloric and cardiac gland. The PAS negative cells were not found among the epithelium cells of glandular buds at the 40th day of incubation. From 46th to 60th day of incubation, the epithelial base of pyloric and cardiac glands could be found PAS negative cells.
