Discussion on Liaoning Province Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings

通过对辽宁省《公共建筑节能设计标准》建筑热工设计强制性条文的研究分析,当限制体形系数、限制窗墙面积比、限制围护结构传热系数,将从根本上改善建筑围护结构保温和隔热性能,有效地降低公共建筑能源消耗,节约能源。

Based on the research and analysis of the mandatory provision of ＂Design Standard For Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings＂ in Liaoning Province, the result shows when the shape coefficient of building, the area ratio of window to wall and the heat transfer coeffwient of envelop were limited, the insulation and thermal insulation pegrornance of the building envelop will be improved radically, and the energy consumption of public buildings will be effectively reduced.
