Changes in the Chloroplasts during Leaf Senescence in Hybrid Rice and Three Lines

研究了杂交稻及其三系叶片衰老过程中叶绿体数量和结构的变化．结果表明：杂交稻及其三系叶片衰老过程中叶绿体的数量逐渐减少，叶绿体的基粒片层和基质片层出现混乱，嗜锇颗粒数量和体积逐渐增加．杂交稻及其三系叶绿体衰老的模式相似，但衰老的进程不同；杂交稻及其恢复系、保持系衰老较早，而不育系衰老较迟．

The structure and numbers of chloroplasts were investigated during leaf senescence in hybrid rice shan you 63 and three lines.The results revealed that the number and size of chloroplasts in mesophyll cells gradually decreased in hybrid rice and three lines.Senescence caused the disorientation of the grana and stroma thylakoids,and an increase in the size and number of osmiophilic granule.Hybrid rice and three lines had similar mode and different course in changes of chloroplast ultrastructure after 11th leaf full expanding.Male sterile line senesced later than hybrid rice,restorer line,maintainer line.It was worthly to be discussed how to make the characteristic of late aging of male sterile line could be inherited by hybrid rice.
