苏南水网部分航道底栖无脊椎动物组成及其水质评价 被引量:2

Densities and Distribution of Zoobenthos in the Main Water Channels of South Jiangsu, and its Application in Water Contamination Evaluation

摘要 通过对苏南水网部分航道底栖动物调查,共发现底栖动物23种,其中水生寡毛类6种,蛭类1种,软体动物14种,水生昆虫2种.在各航道段,底栖动物的生物多样性与水体pH值无明显的相关;不同污染状态或不同富营养类型的水体,其BOD5及高锰酸钾指数有显著差异.研究表明底栖生物多样性指数能较好地反映苏南水网各航道段水体的污染状况. During July and August 1996, a survey of zoobenthos in the main water channels of south Jiangsu was made. Samples were collected with Peterson bottom sampler (1/16 m 2) from 29 sampling points. Totals of 23 species were found, including annelids、mollusks、aquatic insects and other aquatic invertebrates. The diversity indexes in benthic macroinvertebrate populations were calculated, and the pH 、KMnO 4 index、and the concentrations of SS、DO、BOD 5 were measured. The research indicated that:① there are no significantly correlation between pH value and the biodiversity index in those areas;② the difference of the BOD 5 concentration and KMnO 4 index between the nutritious and middle nutritious water were significantly at the level of α=0.10.
