首次对中华鳖的心肌细胞进行了体外原代和传代培养，获得成功．并对其细胞形态、生长速率、有丝分裂指数、无带及分带核型等细胞生物学特性以及温度和ｐＨ值对细胞生长的影响进行了观察研究．

A limited cardiac cell line of Trionyx Sinensis has been established.The morphology of cells,the growth rate, mitotic index,karyotype and banding are described and discussed.The effects of some experimental factors,such as temperature and pH value,on cell growth and division are also analyzed and discussed.
