摘要 高校师生关系的日渐淡化与冷漠是高校教育的一个重要的难点与热点问题,构建基于QQ的师生交流模式是解决该问题的一条有效途径。QQ的主要传播方式与高校师生交流内容的整合,可构建如下交流模式:按交流的传播形式来分有文本、语音及视频三种交流模式;按交流的主体数量来分有独聊与群聊两种交流模式;按交流的在线情况来分有即时交流与延时交流两种模式;按交流的内容来分有认知与情感两种交流模式。反思上述交流模式,发现其具有符号的丰富性、主体的自由性、途径的多样性、时空的超越性等主要特征。 The indifference between teacher and students in the colleges and universities is becoming an important and hot issue of the higher education and management. The eommtmieation based on QQ between teachers and students is one of the effective ways to solve the problem. By integrating the main ways of QQ transmission with the contents of teacher- student communications, the following communicative models can be constructed: according to the spread forms of communication, there are text, audio and video pattem three communication models, the second, according to the number of teacher and student of communication, there are one to one and one to some pattern two communication models, the third, according to the situation of the online of communication, there are online at the same and different time pattern two communtmieation models, the fourth, according to the contents of the exchange, there are cognitive and affective pattern two communication models. Reflecting above the communication models of QQ, they have four features, richness of communication symbols, the freedom of communication peoples, the diversity of communication ways, the transcendence of the time and space.
