摘要
在高职学院建设发展的关键阶段,作为学院发展中坚力量的中层干部,其执行力的高低事关学院的前途未来,事关高等职业技术教育事业的健康发展。而要改变高职学院中干执行力不高、落实不力的现状,提高其执行力,就必须从学院和中干个人两个层面入手,多项措施并举。
At the critical period of development of higher vocational college, the middle - rank cadres, as the backbone of it, plays an important role. The middle- rank cadres' implementation has great effects on the future and development of the higher vocational college. And to change the situations that the middle - rank cadres' implementation is poor, the improvement must be made from both college' s administrator and middle- rank cadre individuals.
