摘要
该项研究,第一步根据香菇菌丝所产生的酶能分解大分子物质的生理特性,采用选择性基质限制杂菌,开放式接种;第二步在第一步发菌透料的基础上,再加入小分子物质,仍为开放式操作,利用香菇菌丝的数量优势抑制杂菌。采用该项技术,收到了克服杂菌危害,补足基质养分,保证香菇产量和节省能源的效果。
According to the physiological characteristics of enzyme from mushroom hypha which can dissolove the big molecule material, the first step of the study is that basic selective material can be used to restrict the miscellaneous fungi and that inoculation can be had in an open way.The second step is that on the basis of the first step which has got well-fermented material ,tiny molecule material can be put in the open way and That the advantages in numbers of mushroom hypha can be used to restrain miscellaneous fungi.By using this method,such effects can be achivered that is to overcome the miscellaneous fungi,to increase sufficient natrients of the basic material ,to guarantee the output of mushroom and to save energy.
