3种杀鼠剂对黄胸鼠(Rattus flavipectus)的毒效试验及抗药性研究

THE RESEARCH ON THE RESISTANCE AND POISONOUS EFFECTS OF THE THREE RODENTICIDES TO THE BUFF BREASTED RAT(Rattus flavipectus)

黄胸鼠是我省主要害鼠之一．由于黄胸鼠的特殊生境，一般灭鼠效果差．为了筛选出一种毒效高的杀鼠毒饵，笔者用溴敌隆、杀鼠磷、杀鼠１号３种化合物对黄胸鼠的毒效和致死耗饵量进行了实验测定．结果表明：０．０５‰溴敌隆，１．５‰杀鼠１号和０．５‰杀鼠灵对于防治黄胸鼠都有明显的效果．其中溴敌隆的适口性最好，但１．５‰的杀鼠１号最经济．此外，黄胸鼠对杀鼠灵和溴敌隆都有明显的抗药性．

The buff breasted rat is one of the main rodent pests in Sichuan province. Because of it′s special environment, the effect of the pest control generally is not good. For selecting one rodenticide of the high poisonous capacity, the experiment of the toxicity and the consumed poisonous bait to death is taken with warfarin,bromadiolone and rodenticide “shashu num.1”. The results show that all of them have the obvious effect. Among three compounds,the animal most like to eat bromadiolone bait.However,1.5‰ “Shashu num.1”is most economical and buff breasted rat obviously has rodenticide resisdance to warfarin and bromadiolone.
