摘要
1992~1994年对13个抽品种果实进行了贮藏试验。结果表明,试验中所列柚类品种果实贮藏后品质均有所变化,大多数果实的糖、酸、Vc及果形指数下降,而果汁率、可食率的变化并无一定规律。
A study of pomelo fruits stored at room temperature was conducted durirlg 1992 ~ 1994. The result showed that for all the varieties the fruit quality changed more or less after two months' storage, there had a drop of sugar,acid,Vccontent and fruit-shape-index in most of the pomelo species,while the fruit juice content and edible percentage changed irregularly,
