摘要
传统的ＤＥＡ通过事先假定投入和产出之一不变，而将另一个要素尽量缩小或扩大，并用最大的产出扩大比率或投入缩小比率来描述决策单元的相对最高效率。实质上它是基于投入或产出的单准则ＤＥＡ，其相对效率也只能代表产出的效率或投入的效率。本文将基于双准则规划，提出从投入和产出两个准则评价决策单元相对最高效率的扩展ＤＥＡ。
Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) previously developed by means of standard linear programming formulation can merely be employed for measuring the efficiency score for Decision Making Units (DMUs) in either input oriented or output oriented way,meanwhile,the efficiency score from the input oriented DEA is not always identical to one from its output oriented version for the same DMU.Just for this reason,this paper suggests the extended DEA based on bicriteria programming so as to estimate the comprehensive relative efficiency scores for DMUs in input and output oriented manner.
