准一维铁电相变中的包络孤子与呼吸子

摘要 由准一维单轴铁电体的GinzburgLandau方程出发,利用导数展开法,讨论了铁电相围绕其平衡值极化涨落以及在顺电相附近的极化涨落动力学.在前者中,对于不同阻尼的情况,存在包络孤子解及可能的“暗”孤子解,其中呼吸子态对应铁电相的局域极化振荡.在后者中,只有包络孤子解,其中呼吸子态对应极化与非极化态间的振荡.在交变电场影响下,呼吸子可发生相锁.这种局域极化振荡的效应,可能会在纳米铁电器件中显示出来. Starting from the GinzburgLandau equation for quasionedimension uniaxial ferroelectrics, and using the method of derivativeexpansion, dynamics on polarization fluctuation around equilibrium value of ferroelectrics phase and paraelectric phase are discussed,respectively. In the former, envelopesoliton and darksoliton solutions are obtained as to different cases of damping. Breather corresponds to local polarization oscillation. In the latter, only envelopesoliton solution is obtained, and breather corresponds to oscillation between polar and nonpolar. Under the influence of alternating external electric fleld, the phase locking between the breather and the external field may occur. The effect of local polarization oscillation may be displayed in nanonmeter ferroelectric instrument.
