快淬Nd_(13.5)Fe_(79.6)C_(6.9)四方相成相规律的研究

摘要 讨论了快淬条件下R2Fe14C的成相规律,指出淬态样品和铸态样品均有三个特征温度,其中Tc1为2∶17型相的形成特征温度,Tc2为2∶14型相形成特征温度,Tt为2∶14型向2∶17型转化的相转变温度,三个温度随淬速升高而降低,四方相的成相温区随淬速升高而变宽,同时在淬态退火形成R2Fe14C要比铸态下退火时间短得多。 In this paper,the forming rule of the tetragonal R 2Fe 14 C is discussed in the quenched ribbons,three characteristic temperature points ( T c1 ,T c2 ,T t ) are found in both as cast and quenched condition,the T c1 is the forming temperature of the 2∶17 phase, T c2 is the forming temperature of the 2∶14 phase and T t is the transition temperature of 2∶14 phase to 2∶17 phase,the three kinds of temperature decrease with the increase of the quenched velocity.The temperature range of the phase formation is wider while the quenching velocity is higher,and annealing time in the quenched condition is shorter than that in the as cast condition.
