草莓果实对机械振动胁迫的生理反应与抗性机制研究 被引量:17

摘要 对两个典型草莓品种(硕丰:坚肉型;丰香:软肉型)在轻微机械振动处理下的生理反应进行了研究.结果表明,机械振动胁迫可在草莓上诱发与衰老和品质劣变有关的一系列生理反应,如呼吸、细胞渗漏、膜脂过氧化反应等的显著升高.不同品种对机械胁迫的生理反应存在差异.丰香的呼吸反应和细胞渗漏均高于硕丰.机械胁迫在两个品种上均诱导出明显的SOD活性高峰.在坚肉型的硕丰上,由于诱导SOD的保护作用,LOX活性与MDA生成量的关系不明显。 The effects of openinjuryfree mechanical vibration treatment on respiration,cellular leakage,membranelipid peroxidation and SOD activity in two typical varieties of stawberry fruit were studied. There were significantly different levels of resistance to mechanical stress between the two varieties. The respiratory response and cellular leakage in Shuofeng were significantly lower than that in Fengxiang. Mechanical stress induced high peaks of LOX and SOD activities in both varieties. Probably due to the compensation effect of the high activity of induced SOD,the correlation between LOX activity and MDA production was not significant. These results strongly suggest that induced high activity of SOD serve as a mechanism of physiological adaptation in strawberry fruit to cope with vibrational stress.
