浙江省1994～1995年糖尿病流行病学调查报告

Report on Diabetes Epidemiological Investigation in Zhejiang Province from 1994 to 1995

为阐明浙江省成人糖尿病患病率及分布状况，由５个地市的部分医院组成了糖尿病调查协作组，按全国糖尿病流行病学调查方案，于１９９４年１１月至１９９５年３月，抽样调查和统计分析了２５岁以上常住人口７９４９人，糖尿病患病率为２．７５％；从４５～５４岁组起患病率明显增高，且随增龄而呈上升趋势；超体重人群患病率是非超体重者的３．２２倍；城市患病率显著高于农村和渔村；杭州、宁波、温州三地区间患病率无统计学上差异；和１９７４～１９８１年我省第一次糖尿病调查相比，患病率上升了５．

The investigation term of diabetes mellitus was organized from five prefectures of Zhejiang Province to reveal the morbidity and distribution of adult diabetes.According to Chinese Diabetes Epidemiological Investigation Plan,7949 permanent residents over 25 years of age were investigated from Nov.1994 to March 1995 by using statistical sampling and analysis.The result showed that the morbidity was 2.75% increasing with the age,especially at the age from 45 to 54.The morbidity in overweight people was 3.22 times of that in normal bodyweight people.The morbidity in the city was higher than that in the countryside and fishing village,these were no statistical significance of the morbidity among Hangzhou,Ninbo and Wenzhou Districts.The morbidity in this study was 5.35 times that of the first investigation from 1979 to 1981.
