微生态保健制品有两种类型，即１）活菌制剂．有三种形式：（１）液态型．如各种活菌口服液及发酵乳；（２）固态型．如固体奶片，塑包粉剂，菌粉胶囊及微胶囊；（３）复合型．肠溶胶囊剂加促生因子口服液．２）促生因子．又称双歧杆菌，如各种寡糖类物质及其产品，它们能促进人体内双歧杆菌及乳杆菌的繁殖增多．通过对１３种市售微生态制品的实验分析，发现卫生指标基本符合，但不同剂型中功能活菌有很大差异．固态型（２．５×１０５～１．９７×１０８ｃｆｕ／ｇ）显著优于液态型（０～１．８×１０４ｃｆｕ／ｍｌ）．固态型中密封胶囊又较片剂和塑包粉剂为好，而密封肠溶胶囊加促生因子口服液的复合型微生态制剂则更优，已贮存１２个月胶囊中功能菌活存率尚达６２．４６％．

There are two types of microecological products.1.Products of containing viable microorganisms with three forms:(1)Liquid form.For example,oral liquid containing viable microorganisms and fermentable milk;(2)Solid form.For example,milk tablet,polyene wrapped bacterial powder,capsules and microcapsules containing viable microorganisms.(3) Complex form.Enterolytic capsules containing viable microorganisms with oral liquid containing somatotrophic factors.2. Somatotrophic factors,also called bifido factors.Oligosaccharide and its products can promote the growth of bifidobacillus and lactobacillus in the human body.13 kinds of microecological products were analysed with the result that they all reached the hygiene standard but had great differences in viable bacterial rate.In solid form the rate was 2.5×10 5 to 1.98×10 8 cfu/g,which was better than in liquid form(0 to 1.8×10 4 cfu/ml).In solid form,the sealed enterolytic capsule was better than tablet and polyene wrapped powder.The best one was the sealed enterolytic capsule with oral liquid containing somatotrophic factors,which still had 62.46% of viable microorganisms after 12 months of storage.
