颌骨囊肿是口腔颌面部的常见疾病．本文就１１６例颌骨囊肿的发病特点、误诊因素、手术切口选择、术后创腔处理及复发等问题结合文献进行分析讨论，以提高对颌骨囊肿的诊治水平．

The cyst of jaw is a common disease in the oral and maxillofacial regions.116 cases of cyst of jaw were analysed to study its pathogeny,causes of misdiagnosis,choice of incision,postoperative management of the wound and recurrence so as to improve the treatment of cysts of jaw’s.
