摘要
基于对创新评价指导原则的探讨,论题对比分析了能力角度、过程角度、投入产出角度和运作机制角度的企业创新绩效评价体系,探讨了不同绩效评价体系的特点和适用条件,并结合著名跨国银行的实践,分析了创新评价体系的实施与运用,对广大企业的创新绩效评价活动具有一定指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the principles in innovation performance measurement, this article compares corporate innovation performance evaluation systems derived from the views of capability, process, input-output,and operation mechanism and explores their characteristics and applicable contexts. Combining the issue with the practice of a famous multinational bank, the authors study the implementation of innovation performance evaluation system, which is of certain guiding significance for businesses to improve their innovation performance evalu-ation.
