摘要
某电厂210MW6号机组的高压转子由于起动时发生动静碰磨,转子产生"梯形"弯曲。对该转子的弯曲原因进行了分析,认为主要由高压缸夹层积水引起高压缸变形、高中压轴封突然失去引起主轴弯曲等所致。介绍了该转子的现场处理过程和结果,为弯轴事故处理提供了一个切实可行的方法。
This paper analyzes the cause of ladder - shaped bending of the high pressure rotor of No. 6 210 MW generating unit in a power plant. The ladder - shaped bending of rotor happened during its starting stage due to rub and impact between rotor and static parts. It is found that the water in the interlayer of high pressure cylinder leads to cylinder's deforming and principal -axi bending, resulting in the bending of rotor. The field processing of the rotor bending is introduced to provide a practicable approach.
